Claudia, Vice President of Management Information Systems, has worked with National Rx Security since inception in 1992. In reflecting about what aspects of working for NRx give her fulfillment, she had this to say,

It is here where I really appreciate all the hard work our employees do for the company. Our motto is “The customer always comes first,” so we really strive very hard to ensure the satisfaction of all of our customers. The attention to detail that goes into every day’s work is amazing. Each representative communicates closely with one another to keep everyone in the loop about our clients. It is very gratifying to hear from our customers about how quick and efficient our service is, and how proficient our employees are at their job. Many customers thank us personally through e-mails and phone conversations for taking care of them so well. At the end of the day, we can all smile for a job well done!”
