At National Rx Security, we understand your different preferences when it comes to ordering your tamper resistant prescription pads. Over the 20 years that we have been in business, we have added a variety of methods to accommodate our customers. Whether you prefer to order online using our ‘proof as you go’ dynamic system, through email with scanned order form and sample script, by fax or in the mail, we look forward to processing your order in the most efficient way.
When ordering online, simply select the Order Online tab at the top of the homepage. Then select your state from the selection shown. If your state is not specified, you will select the All Other States option. After selecting your appropriate state link, you will be directed to a page with several fields for you to input your information. Many fields are required for security purposes, but of those, several have the option of whether or not you would like them printed on the script. The dynamic system offers you a live sample script so that you can proof your order, as well as get an idea of how the actual prescriptions will be printed. Once you submit your order and credit card information, you will receive a confirmation email, letting you know that your order has been received and it will be sent to production. Please note that if you do not receive a confirmation email, you should call our office at 1-800-510-1050 to check if your order was received.
To order by email, you can access the Order by Fax/Mail/Email link at the top of the homepage. Select your state, or if it does not appear, select the All Other States link. Download the order form and fill it out completely. Include credit card information, and then scan the document to your computer. Please also scan one of your current prescriptions, and email the order form and scanned script image to cust_serv@nationalrxsecurity.com.
Similar to ordering by email, you may order by fax. You can download your order form online, or call us at 1-800-510-1050 and we will fax a blank order form directly to you. Filled out your specific order form including credit card information and then fax the order form and current prescription sample to our customer service representatives by dialing 1-800-500-3060.
Finally, you may submit your prescription pad order through the mail. After obtaining your order form, either by downloading it online and printing it, or by calling us to have one faxed to you, fill it out in its entirety. You may include credit card information, or alternatively, include a check with your order. Once complete, mail the order form, current voided prescription sample, and check (if paying by check) to:

When ordering through email, fax or mail, you may like to keep a copy of your order form on file to expedite the ordering process in the future. If your information remains the same, you can resubmit the order form with payment when you need to reorder your scripts. You may want to call us to check receipt of your order if you submit the order by email, fax or mail. Be assured that once your order is received in its entirety, it will be sent directly to production, and will be shipped out to you within 24-48 hours.
